The 4PANEL Project is a curated · constraint-based · comic strip community provides a space where a range of talented artists can creatively explore the four-panel comics format in formal, abstract, literary, conceptual and/or transformative contexts, and also appears in print as The 4PANEL Supplement in each new issue of CAROUSEL Magazine, a bi-annual Canadian hybrid literary/arts magazine.
